Beech wood is sliced into a thin veneer of 1mm in thickness.

The sliced beech veneer is cut into 4 different width of strips in 6,8,10,12 mm.

The beech tape is then coiled around the core piece.

After making the coils the desired product such as teacup is placed inside to form the shape.

A coating is applied onto the surface to protect from water and as reinforcement. The original method is kept secret.
